The space
The Carriage House, a luxurious accommodation with modern rustic charm, is nestled to the rear of the Londonderry Inn and provides a glimpse of its former use as a historic stable for the civil war era Estate.
Featuring a full eat-in kitchen with seating for 8-10, luxurious yet spacious and comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa complimented by a cozy gas fireplace, and a convenient ground floor half bath and laundry room combo, the Carriage House is the perfect home base for your adventures near Hershey, PA.
Head upstairs using the original barn wood staircase and you will find an expansive exposed natural light filled loft (bedroom #2) with impressive A-framed ceiling and not one but two beautiful matching farmhouse style queen beds, closets with sliding barn doors, an additional comfortable pullout ottoman single bed, and a quaint balcony to take in the morning air.
***Please note that bedroom #2 is a large open loft area without privacy walls/door (see pictures).***
The over-sized private bedroom features a modern yet rustic King size bed and ornate bedside door chest. The room offers a 2nd private balcony, ample closet space, lofted ceilings, and features a hand scraped wooden barn door for privacy from the attached bathroom and loft space. The full bath with access from the bedroom and loft has a large vanity and tub/shower combination drenched in natural light from a skylight above.
Additionally, a single fold out hotel cot and queen air mattress are available as needed.
We provide fresh local farm eggs and custom roasted coffee from a local partner for you to enjoy during your stay.
A Tesla Destination Charger is available to our guests at no additional cost per your request.
The Carriage House has its own private driveway with room for 2 vehicles. There is overflow parking near the Inn for registered guests.

Our Rules:
Please No Smoking on the premises. Vaping is acceptable outside of the home.
No parties or events without our consent. Unregistered guests without prior approval will result in a cancellation of the booking and removal from the property.
Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am and are strictly enforced.
Pet Fee: $100
All Dogs must be approved by the Londonderry Inn staff. Dogs must be crated when not supervised and leashed when out on the property.
Failure to clean up pet waste will result in a $50 security deposit charge.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A RING DEVICE, INSTALLED NEXT TO THE DOOR OF THE HOUSE, THAT RECORDS VIDEO AND AUDIO WHEN TRIGGERED BY MOTION. There are no interior cameras and no camera is capable of recording interior spaces.
Before departure, please load dirty dishes and run dishwasher.
Before departure, please place all dirty towels in the laundry room.
Please turn off all lights and turn fireplace thermostat above sofa back to approx. 65 degrees
