This is a rare, perfect rental for a small family or professional, or grad students for a semester rental. Also makes for a great opportunity to give you time to find your dream home if relocating to this area, or if you are building. Close to University of Virginia, PVCC, Monticello and shopping. Because it is completely furnished, you may not bring your own furniture. There is some room for storage in our garage, or there are several storage units nearby. SHORT TERM ONLY JANUARY 1, 2024 to JULY 1, 2024. MUST TAKE ENTIRE 6 MONTHS. NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING, NO SECTION 8. IF IT’S UP IT’S AVAILABLE. All utilities paid except for electric. Lawn and yard care included. Pets considered with additional refundable damage deposit.
