We drove all the way from Riverside to Menlo Park to attend a concert at the Guild Theater featuring Zepparella. We stayed at the Sheraton Palo Alto, which we had booked through Expedia. Our stay was generally positive, except for the $20 parking fee that wasn’t included in our booking.

Hotel is in nice condition and is within walking distance to downtown Palo Alto. Problem is that the walls are too thing. I could hear the neighboring guests talking through the walls, and even using the restroom. Which is a huge pet peeve for me!

Warm reception by front desk staff. Garrett ? was amazing: helping with wheelchair, suitcases & guidance to parking and room. Clean bathroom, comfortable beds. The poolside grill breakfast was yummy. Great coffee, nice staff. Beautiful garden! Safe environment. Would definitely return.
