On the ground floor, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a digital television, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From this space, you have direct access to a small private patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is connected to the living area via a hatch. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a television.
