Mediterranean Villa 900m from the beach!

This Villa is located in a residential area surrounded by pine trees. It is less than a kilometre from the beach and only 500 m. from the shops and supermarkets of Playa de Pals. As it is in a dead end street, there is practically no traffic. It is surrounded by garden and in the front part it has the swimming pool which is easily accessed from the porch of the dining room.
Access to the property is via a ramp where the car can be left. On the ground floor we find the garage which is used for storage and as a laundry room. This communicates with the kitchen which is open to the living-dining room. From here we have access to the garden, porch and pool. Here there is a bedroom with double bed, a toilet and a bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor are the other two bedrooms, both with bunk beds, although one also has an auxiliary bed. Through one of these bedrooms there is access to the terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance, among the pine trees. There is another bathroom with shower. It has Wifi.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
