Beautiful apartment on the seafront with views of the Medes Islands and the Natural Park, in a beautiful and well-kept residential complex with a communal pool and garden.
This apartment is ideal for a holiday in Pals because it has everything. From the first moment you will feel at home. Tastefully decorated, it is very cosy, comfortable and has all the necessary equipment for your vacation. We enter the apartment and the hall leads us to the day area. In the first place we find the kitchen, fully equipped, and separated from the dining area with an American-style bar. Behind it, the living-dining room, spacious and bright, with access to the terrace with sea views. The terrace has comfortable and well-kept furniture, and also a front awning and two side awnings to protect from the sun and wind, if applicable. On the way to the night area we find a complete bathroom with a shower that is very charming. The apartment has three bedrooms. The first, with a single bed and equipped with a wardrobe. The second, with two single beds, wardrobe and exit to a second rear terrace with views of the community pool and garden. The third bedroom is a suite, with a double bed and its own complete bathroom with shower. The third bedroom also has direct access to the rear terrace from which there are views of the pool. This terrace is equipped with furniture to relax and take advantage of this second exterior exit.
The community area is incredible. Beautiful and very well cared for all year round, it consists of a large garden and a large swimming pool in the middle of plants, grass, flowers and nature. In addition, the apartment has a reserved space in the outdoor parking lot of the community area itself.
