This terrace is equipped with furniture to relax and take advantage of this second exterior exit.



The community area is incredible. Beautiful and very well cared for all year round, it consists of a large garden and a large swimming pool in the middle of plants, grass, flowers and nature. In addition, the apartment has a reserved space in the outdoor parking lot of the community area itself.
