The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please do not strip the beds. Place all used towels and swim towels in the bathtubs or showers.
Empty all trash and take bags to the outdoor bins by the driveway. If departing on Sunday, please roll the bins to the road for Monday pickup.
Before leaving, set the A/C to 76°, turn off lights and fans, close blinds, and ensure all doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful place on the water. Plenty of kitchen utensils and lots of dishes and storage for leftovers. The beds were very comfortable. The back patio was a great hang out. Wifi worked as well as can be expected with all streaming processors. Everything was as advertised and much larger than expected. And we caught some fish. We had a wonderful 4th of July and 40th Anniversary celebration. THANK YOU!
