The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out time is 10 am EST. Upon check-out, please wash dishes and place trash in outside receptacle. Laundry should be for current day only and property should be left in an orderly condition.
Excessive laundry or cleaning time will be charged to credit card on file. Leave loose keys on the kitchen counter, lock all windows and doors and lock the door you are exiting with the lockbox key.
Please return the lockbox key to the lockbox before departing. Once you have locked the house, please call (850) 349-2696 and leave a voicemail to let us know that you are vacating the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoyed our stay here so much and we were very sad to go! The place was AMAZING! It is family friendly and pet friendly. The beach and ocean are right where you can see them and easy to access. Utilize the outdoor shower to helo with sand tracking in and out. The laundry room is located down stairs next to the outdoor shower. Bring extra big spray!!! The flies bite pretty good right before a rain. We aren't a super wealthy family so our main chunk of money went to the house so we cooked everything at the house. The trash service runs once a week so it was a tight squeeze for 6 people for a whole week but we made it work! There are beautiful views and breathtaking sunrises and you can sit on the deck or in the living room and see it because of the massive windows in the living room! When the tide goes out at night you can go explore and find all kinds of creatures in thw shallows. Wear sunscreen! And we made sure to have hats on and that helped alot! Overall we highly recommend this place and it is private as well. It was well worth the money and it was a wonderful experience!
