Pros: 1. We were there for our son's 18th birthday. They decorated the room and arranged for a cake. 2. Views of the lake is very nice 3. The food at the restaurant is very good. Cons: 1. It is very far from everything and in the middle of nowhere. Not within walking distance of anything. The tuktuks don't usually stop in front of this place. The only tuktuk guy that is available thru the hotel is super expensive. We only took his ride once from here to the village of San Antanio and were charged $20. We came back for less than half of it by taking other tuktuks. We took a long walk to the next small place about 15 mins down the road and then got into a tuktuk from there to Pana the couple of days we were there, just to avoid the hotel tuktuk guy. 2. Extremely noisy if you are closer to the main road, which our room happened to be. 3. Very basic breakfast. They were very fussy when my wife asked for some tomatoes to put on her bread, instead of eggs, as she is fully vegetarian. Not what we expect in a place that charges US prices. 4. Take USD or local currency. Credit card has a steep surcharge (in all of Pana). They also have a bad conversion on top of it. 5. Spa is in a gazebo down below and was extremely cold on a windy day (we were there in Nov). They never told us it is almost in open air.

Clean rooms, gorgeous hotel with a lovely pool. Amazing staff; I was able to get my shoes cleaned here along with my laundry. The breakfast is good and we are at the Syrian restaurant they have in the hotel (also amazing). They have two cute cats roaming around and amazing drinks at the bar. The biggest perk is probably the tuktuk driver Lino, who you can message for a ride when necessary (7 am to 7 pm usually). Staff always helps with your luggage and were so helpful. I checked out before breakfast and the had some yogurt, fruit and granola put aside for me to take in the morning.

I never write reviews but this place was exceptional. Incredible views. The staff were above and beyond. More than accommodating with English, provided contacts and translations for transportation and recommendations of places to see. The food was excellent. Truly a wonderful stay.

Jenna’s is in a magical setting on the side of a hill with a great view of the lake and volcanoes. The front desk folks were incredibly helpful in getting Tuktuks to town and transport to Antigua coordinated. We had the pre fixe dinner which was delicious. I would recommend bringing a beanie and a fleece jacket as mornings on the lake can be a little chilly.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully handled. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a romantic getaway — but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service. A huge shoutout to Adrina, who went above and beyond for us. She helped me plan a surprise proposal from beginning to end, coordinating every little detail with so much care and enthusiasm. She made sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Thanks to her guidance and support, the proposal went perfectly — something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. This bnb was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, staff was soo friendly and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff helped with booking Tuktuks and other tours. There are a lot of stairs but the views are incredible.

Amazing location with views over the lake and volcanoes to die for. Particularly true at and after sunset. The room we were staying at (Armadillo) was very comfortable, a bit on the smaller side but perfect for 2 people, with a nice balcony. Breakfast was tasty (only one option - traditional chapin breakfast - that's included in the room rate, and a few other paid for options). The team is very friendly and helpful. Wifi works usually well, although may require a bit juggling of multiple networks. 5 parking spots available. Nice pool area in the lower part of the property, although we didn't use it much (pool is not heated).

The staff were amazing. I felt like I was a guest at my families house. Everything we needed was made so easy. The hotel has a driver they use for their tuk-tuk rides so you do not have to pay an excessive amount. The drive is friendly and always made us feel safe being in a new place. We had gotten couple massages, which were relaxing and much needed after our hike. The hotel even helped us with transportation back to Guatemala City. Everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming. The staff really stood out to me. The rooms were cozy and clean. I will say that some spiders got in through the cracks, but that is to be expected due to the location. We had a fresh pitcher of water given to us each day. The food served at the hotel restaurant was good. I would stay at this hotel again and again.

You will not find a better place to stay in Panajachel. Seriously amazing staff, food, view is off the charts. The dedicated Tuk Tuk driver was the best we had anywhere in the country. Highly recommend Jenna’s. We will be back!

The staff, dinner, and view at Jenna's were great. We really enjoyed that aspect. And we liked there was hot water. The hotel itself could use some love - it is dated and looking old. There are large 2-3 inch gaps under the door and it was very cold in the mornings. The internet did not work well, sometimes not at all, in the rooms. Stairs could all use some repairs and paint. Unfortunately our room was right below the bar and I assume it appeared to be friends of the staff that were quite loud for hours 2 of our 3 nights there (this did quiet down at posted time of 9 so that was appreciated but did detract from relaxing or working in our rooms). Overall the view and dinner were what made our stay enjoyable.

Such a beautiful spot! It is well worth being a little outside of town to have such a lovely place. And it is very easy and quick to get to the main streets of Panajachel and the docks from here - 10 mins or less and they have a Tuktuk driver you can text to come get you!

The room was outdated and in need of a remodel. The staff were wonderful and the food and view were great. For the price they charge, it would be nice if they had better-furnished rooms and amenities. A nice place, but it needs some attention. The view is the best from there.

We had a LOVELY stay. Amazing staff, great drinks, great breakfast and dinner options. Even the bathtub had a view of the lake! We loved the porch and slept like babies. It is outside of town but it's a quick 25 quetzal pp tuk tuk to town!
