The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have taken advantage of the beach towels provided, wash them and return all 10 to the shelf. This extra step allows us to reduce your cleaning fee while still having them on site if needed.
Clean off the grill if you have used it. Please try to refill the tank if it is low and we will reimburse you. If you cannot refill it, please notify us so we can schedule someone to pick it up.
Hose the sand off of the sand toys, beach chairs, and golf cart. Make sure the golf cart is plugged in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Valid drivers license required to operate golf cart. You are only permitted to drive on neighborhood streets and the bike lane of Front Beach Road.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper Cottage. Everything was exactly as posted on VRBO. Erica & John were very helpful with getting the pool heated. It was really close to the beach. We walked down there every morning. The beach is beautiful & not crowded at all. We also loved having the golf cart do drive around in. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.
