As you enter the home, you’re greeted by an open-concept living space that combines modern design with comfort. Large windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the home.  Inside, the open-concept living area invites you to relax and entertain in style, with the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island, ideal for preparing meals or enjoying casual dining. The dining area offers plenty of space for family gatherings.  The spacious bedrooms provide both comfort and functionality. The master suite serves as a serene retreat, with a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, and dual vanities.  The two additional bedrooms are equally spacious, each with its own bathroom for added convenience.  Whether you're relaxing by the large island pool located just out your back door or stepping out for a game of tennis, this townhouse offers both ease and access to the best of resort living.



FUNQUEST PET POLICY



*Prearrange before arrival- Max of 2 pets allowed per owner approval. No puppy allowed and no cats

*There is a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee of $175 for each animal per stay up to 2 dogs with a max weight of 50lbs per dog

PET RULES: Apply if you have been approved to bring a pet and have sent the required information.

1. Please treat your dogs with flea meds 3 days ahead of your trip

2. Pet must weigh 50lb or less

3. Please send us the shot records ahead of time. We recommend having a copy with you in case your dog does not feel well during your stay.

4. If you are allowed to stay at home, please bring your blanket or sheets to place on furniture.

5. The guest is responsible for any damages caused by their pets inside and outside the property.

6. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet droppings. An extra cleaning fee starting of $250 will be charged if feces and/or urine are found and cleaned at departure.

7. The pet must be on a leash when outside.

8. We recommend placing the dog in a crate/playpen when left alone.



If management determines that a pet is a danger to others, or if the pet barks incessantly and disturbs others, the guests will be asked to place their pet in a kennel for the duration of their stay.



NOTE: Pets are NOT allowed on PCB beaches EXCEPT at the “pet-friendly beach” by Pier Park. If caught with a pet on the beach, a fine will be automatically imposed.

Good location and spacious townhouse. Not real comfy. Needs more furniture and better beds. Also needs some updates. One of the bathrooms needed a new shower. The walls were battered and just needed more paint and better cleaning. Not much to clean. Just the basics so it should be immaculate. Is great if you have 3 couples or a big family with kids. The pool outback is beautiful but was down when we went. I contacted the property host and only was offered 2 extra hours on check out. The whole reason I chose this property was its location to its pool. Felt like we should get a little money back instead.

We had a few roaches, and there was ants all over the sink and window in the kitchen. The floors weren’t clean. The wagon outside was also broke so we weren’t able to use it.

Family vacation

This was a yearly family vacation. We have stayed in the same community years prior but this home was the best we have had with cleanliness. It is in a perfect location with lots to do for the kids. Book was very easy and all my questions were answered very fast. Would definately stay again!

Perfect Mini Vacation

The place was so clean, spacious and walking distance to the beach and pool. We had plenty of room for everyone. They supplied several starter items, which was helpful. They provided a closet full of things to take to the beach!!! Great communication and easy check in. I highly recommend this property, you will be pleasantly surprised!!! Thank you for a great stay!
