Warren Beach Rentals is proud to present Grand Panama Resort 1801. This highly coveted WEST CORNER unit offers the best sunset views in all of PCB from the massive corner balcony. Newly remodeled 3-bedroom unit features incredible Direct Gulf Front views and the largest outdoor living area in the resort. It offers the convenience of being high enough to be above the street noise and has commanding views for miles in all directions courtesy of windows surrounding the living and dining areas.
As a bonus, 1801 offers VIP Beach Service, that includes 2 chairs and umbrella set up daily for you during your stay. Available in season from Mid-March through October ($50/day value included in the cost of your rental).
The unit includes a large Gulf front master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath that opens onto a spacious outdoor veranda. The living area provides direct access to the balcony and boasts views of the beach, sunsets, coastline, and the Gulf's sparkling waters from every angle. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are surrounded by windows, flooding the space with natural light, a feature exclusive to corner units. The living area is furnished with coastal casual furniture that is functional, elegant, and extremely comfortable.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including new frying pans, a coffee maker, and toaster. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee at the kitchen island or have a full breakfast at the separate dining space. A new large Smart TV and ample seating make the living area perfect for movie nights. The balcony offers dining space and seating for relaxing with sunset cocktails while taking in the amazing views.
The unit has two additional guest rooms: Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and large window with spectacular Gulf views and sunsets. Bedroom 3 also has a queen bed and city views. A twin over full bunk are in the hallway nook so you can sleep 9 comfortably. A full size washer and dryer are provided for added convenience.
Guests can grab their beach towels and chairs to head out to the beach or enjoy the shade at one of the multiple pools nearby. Water sports such as sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, or parasailing are located nearby, and the Village of Grand Panama offers shopping and dining options on the north side of the resort. The Grand Panama Resort also features a full fitness center and event space accommodating up to 120 people, ensuring there's something for everyone at Grand Panama 1-1801.

Beach Service Included (2 chairs and umbrella) from Mid March to Mid October Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.
Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve. Garage clearance: Main garage 7'6"; stand-alone 2-story garage 9'.
