Beach service for 2 includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach for you. Service is available seasonally.

Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!

**Summit HOA charges a fee of $28.00 for parking and wristbands. This fee is in addition to what you have paid Signature Destinations and you are responsible for this fee at check in. Maximum Occupancy is 5 people and is strictly enforced.**
