This a perfect location for us. Beach was close, baseball fields were close. Had no real complaints except there is construction going on which didn’t really even affect us.

Family beach getaway

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, dishes and cleaning supplies. We were literally 5 minutes away from the beach which allowed us to walk. The area was peaceful and quiet!

The condo was as listed on the description. It was clean and well kept. Short walk to the beach and quite. The only thing that would have been helpful if the beach equipment was listed. We packed ours ( a struggle with luggage for 7 people) but when we arrived there was a closet with everything we needed.

Easy to get to the beach and local spots. House was clean and comfortable. Baseball fields are 20-25 mins due to summer traffic, but that was basically anywhere you went form any direction.

Berry Beach Vaca 2024

We were so well pleased overall with this condo. The only minor things were that there were batteries missing from tv remotes upstairs and there was sand in the sheets on the downstairs beds. We used our on sheets on those beds as our grandkids were sleeping on those beds. So we just changed out the sheets and remade the beds for them. We also always bring our own towels. Just a personal preference for us. We would love to book this condo again in the future,and hope that everything was as it should be when we left.

Fabulous Condo

My family of 5 rented this fabulous condo during spring break. This condo has everything you could ask for and more. The kids loved that it was just a short walk to the beach, and of course the smart tv's in every room was a plus for them during downtime. My husband and I loved the location and how quiet it was, also we enjoyed the outside patio area. Would love to rent again!

Property was just as described. Very comfortable. We've stayed in other properties in Horizon South and enjoyed them as well.. our only comments would be that other places there that we stayed included chairs for beach and wagons and some beach shovels and that would have really enhanced our stay as we flew there and couldn't bring those things with us. Also a gas grill would be great. The charcoal grill requires purchase of charcoal and lighter fluid both of which if we had extra would've been left behind. The grill there had mold all over the grate. Only providing one dishwasher soap and one washing machine soap is pretty limiting given that you require dishwasher and laundry done when checking out. Remote for living room TV didn't work very well and needs to be replaced. Overall very nice place to stay and we enjoy the floor plan of this condo the best of them at this resort. We'll be back next year staying at horizon south. Thank you
