This is by far the coolest house in Rosemary Beach®. Privacy & style, it just doesn't get any better than this. While the overall design has a contemporary flair, the overall feel fits in perfectly with the community. The first floor boasts a large open living space based on a beautiful stained concrete floor & anchored by a sleek European style kitchen. A connected dining area sits off to the side; a second living area sits just off to the other side allowing all the living spaces to be connected enough for everyone to be a part of the party but with enough separation to allow kids, teenagers & adults to all have separate spaces. All this opens onto your own private paradise.
The lanai is prefect for those needing a break from the sun. For those looking to work on their tan, there is plenty of open deck space. A stacked stone wall with glass tile accents and three spill fountains flowing into the pool create a dramatic focal point that can be enjoyed from the lanai and any of the interior living spaces. A fireplace in the corner of the lanai is the prefect finishing touch to this charming and very private courtyard.

As for sleeping accommodations, two private guest suites can be found on the first floor; perfect for anyone not wanting to negotiate stairs. A third guest suite along with the master suite, complete with a very spacious master bathroom, can be found on the second floor. With an entire wall of European style built-in cabinetry and a large walk-in closet, storage is not a problem in this master suite.

The third floor plays host to a large "sky lanai" overlooking the pool and the surrounding neighborhood. Plenty of seating allows for the adults to enjoy the views and coastal breezes and still be connected to the pool party below. And for anyone that wants to enjoy some of the most expansive views in all of Rosemary, the fourth floor panorama is nothing short of spectacular, with views across the roof tops all the way to the gulf.
