3 bedroom 2 bath Absolute best location on the Beach. No walking or waiting on elevators. Parking is right outside front door beach access is 20 feet away from parking spots. Walk to local restaurants and bars including only 400 feet from schooners Beach front oldest local beach restaurant. 1 mile to st. Andrew's state park. Huge pool to share with only 3 other units . This is located on the second floor with a front balcony all way across the apt. With spectacular water views . Also a deck in rear with pool view. Water views from main bedroom living room and balcony. This is truly a special area if you no the pcb area. Walk to patches schooners shore shack newbies Sombrero . And ice cream shop. Very private street that dead ends so no traffic. Mostly people walking on foot to schooners and beach access. Truly relaxing area of pcb on east end were it is much less busy than the peir park area.
