Our home is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful unobstructed views of the white sandy beaches and gorgeous sunsets!

If you're looking for a comfortable and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 3 Bath plus extra bunk area sleeps 10 comfortably then this is the place for you! If you’re looking for a beautiful space with HUGE AMENITIES to create the perfect vacation experience, then this home is for you! Don't take our word for it - read our reviews!

Homeowner continues to make improvements with new living furniture and LVT flooring in bedrooms. Townhouse has been completely renovated - Floor to Ceiling and owner makes regular updates. 3-bedroom, 3 Bathroom plus bunk area. Custom townhome sits directly on the white sands of Panama City Beach located on the attractive West End close to 30A.

Our home is casually and comfortably furnished and decorated. The main floor features an open floor plan with a coastal inviting living area, dining and eat-in kitchen and coffee bar! Guest room with 2 Queen beds and guest bath are also on the main floor. Townhome features a beautiful tongue and groove pine ceiling throughout with amazing views from 2 private balconies. Master suite features a King bed with separate sitting area and private bath. Master balcony is perfect for morning coffee, reading and enjoying the water views and sunsets. Beautiful finishes in master bath.

2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. Queen suite includes 2 side-by-side bunk beds and large bath with double vanity sinks and dual showerheads.

Enjoy the convenience and security of your own private garage with private entrance. Kitchen is well appointed with all stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops; plus, everything you need to cook and enjoy the beach including dishes and flatware for 12. Flat screen TV's (6) in every room including 1 for each bunk. Live stream Direct TV and 5G Verizon Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer on ground floor off garage.

All units are on a communal boardwalk with access to the beach and swimming pool. The swimming pool is private for homeowners and guests and is accessible from boardwalk located directly off the garage.

Additional amenities to enhance your vacation experience, homeowner provides plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beachside games, sand toys, paddle board, kayak and 2 mountain bikes that are serviced annually. Owner also provides a gas grill. All you need to bring is beach towels.

The Shores is conveniently located on the West End of Panama City Beach in Sunnyside close to numerous amenities and activities. There is a Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery store and CVS pharmacy within a quarter mile. Pier Park is a 5-minute drive to the East where you will find excellent shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, night clubs, a 16-theater cinema and amusement park for children. Just a few minutes' drive to the west is popular 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach. Here you can rent bikes to cruise the scenic 30-A bike trail, enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Wild Olive or Georges or partake in one of the several first-class restaurants known for fine dining.

There are five public golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Camp Creek is arguably the nicest of the group. The two courses at Bay Point are also highly regarded, as are the 27 holes at The Hombre. Signal Hill is a forgiving open course that is a good value and not as challenging. Holiday Club is rated somewhere between Signal Hill and The Hombre.

Beautifully decorated condo with easy access to beach. Clean and comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed for kitchen, nice appliances. Upstairs tiled showers are luxurious. Nooks for kids with cozy bedding and tvs. Extra fridge and freezer in garage was great. Nice chairs and beach toys in garage so don’t worry about bringing those. Flight of stairs with rail from garage and laundry area up to main floor. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this place again.

We loved everything about our stay at this townhouse! It was clean and well maintained, with a great layout and location. It accommodated multiple families across four generations perfectly, and the hosts are extremely generous with all the extras they make available. You seriously need to bring only clothes and beach towels. Donna was quick to respond and took care of any issues that popped up. Would definitely stay again!

This is a perfect villa for a family vacation. We traveled with our two sons and their wives. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and space for privacy for everyone. The decor of the villa is gorgeous. This place was amazing! Our stay at this beachfront condo at Sunnyside Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views that greeted us through extra large windows in the spacious living room. The condo is impeccably designed, blending modern elegance with cozy coastal vibes that make you feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Mornings were relaxing and beautiful, sipping coffee on the spacious balcony. Absolutely amazing! This place has everything! Really the only thing that you will need to stay here is a change of clothes! The grill absolutely made the trip! We grilled out scallops, shrimp, fish, steaks, chicken for lunch and dinner every day. We probably saved 1,500 or more on our trip just by cooking at the house every night vs going out to eat. And the kitchen had every utensil imaginable. The nicest place we've ever stayed in PCB, no doubt. Beds were comfortable showers were great. Just a fabulous place to call home for a week. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Summer Vacation

Is a great location if you are looking for the quiet side of PCB. Literally 10 steps away from the beach, which was awesome! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The owner provided everything needed for a great day at the beach! Just FYI....the assigned parking spots do not accommodate regular size trucks or SUV's. Garage was a very tight fit for our standard size truck.

We have been frequent vacationers to the Destin area for years and have been looking for a vacation property that will accommodate our big family and give us easy access to the beach. We have found it! Everything exceeded our expectations and we appreciate the wonderful communication with the host. Gorgeous property and beach

The home was absolutely beautiful and the decor was lovely. Everything you could think of needing was provided, including all beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Donna was a fantastic host and was readily available by text for questions/assistance. Construction zone/hazard

Most likely beautiful while not being renovated. Started off not even being able to get in until 5:45 due to cleaning people still being there. We were woken up daily at 7:40 AM by construction and construction workers looking in the windows that proceeded to 5 PM. Zero privacy with constant drilling. Impossible to relax or for our young children to nap. We were shocked that someone would even have the audacity to rent this place out with all the dangerous construction going on that was not only on the balconies, but also in the garage where you could only access the unit. There was so much going on that they covered my car entirely with plastic tarps. We were refunded $500 out of thousands for supposed “only painting” and no balcony use. Talk about a slap in the face considering this unit should have never been rented and was unsafe. We get to take one trip a summer to the beach with our 4 kids and unfortunately this was the most disappointing place we have ever stayed in the 10 years we have been using VRBO.

Beautiful Place to Stay and Amazing Host

This property is beautiful. In addition to being mere steps away from the beach, the interior decoration is very tasteful and stylish. All of the TV's are smart TV's making it very easy to stream our favorite shows and games while away on vacation. The beach is what you expect: white sand and idyllic. The sunset views from the beach are gorgeous. The host of this property went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was optimally enjoyable. Her communication was timely and thoughtful. I plan on taking my family back to this property very soon.

Very nice property. Fully furnished kitchen. Nice bedding. The beach was the best part. The least crowded beach we’ve stayed on in years. Had to turn off the AC for maintenance one day, but Donna kept us informed and paid for a meal for us to leave and go to a cooler spot. Would definitely recommend.

This house was one of the best places we have ever stayed on vacation. We loved the quiet beach and how we were always able to get a spot right on the water- even during the week of July 4th. The property is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need, even chairs and umbrellas. Very pleased and hope to be able to stay here again.
