Our beautiful beachfront contemporary condo is on the 7th floor with breathtaking views of miles of pristine white sandy beaches and emerald green water. This condo offers free beach chairs (2 chairs, 1 umbrella), each day of your stay, from March 15th to October 31st.
We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, including two king beachfront master bedrooms that open to the balcony plus an additional 3rd king bedroom. We also have a brand new (2019) sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests. All bedrooms are equipped with high definition flat screen TVs. You will find your own private bath with beautiful upgraded granite counter tops for your ultimate luxury experience off of each master bedroom.

Parking: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, we request that you travel in 2 vehicles or less. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
