FULLY REMODELED, right down to new paint, floors and furnishings, everything you could possibly need for a perfect family vacation is here.

You will LOVE the remodeled kitchen, with gorgeous granite counters, white cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances. You can enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen island, or head out the patio with homemade appetizers and cocktails every evening to watch the sun set! The kitchen is fully stocked with all small appliances and utensils you could need. There is also a large dining table with ample seating- great for family style meals or game nights. The open concept layout leads into the living area, with tons of windows, beautiful decor and amazing ocean views. You will want to hang out here all night watching movies on the large 55" flat- screen TV!

This 1925 square foot unit is big enough for your entire group. The Master bedroom has a King bed, its own en suite bathroom with DOUBLE vanity and private access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The gorgeous NEW counters and tile make you feel like you are at the spa! The second bedroom also has a King bed, TV and large closet. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, ocean views and its own TV as well. ALL bedrooms have a 46" LED flat-screen TV with Blu Ray player. There is an additional bathroom that has been remodeled with a tub/shower combination. There is also a Queen pull out sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space.

Great condo! Beautiful views

We loved our stay at this condo, and are looking forward to coming back soon! The condo is spacious and so clean. The balconies are huge and have great views. It was actually larger than what we needed, but so worth the price for the extra space. We WILL be back!! Only one complaint--we didn't hear back from our message request to get help with the tv, but we finally figured it out. We had one maintenance request, and the guy showed up promptly and fixed our door. Thank you for providing a quality place for our getaway!

Great property

We really enjoyed the condo. Lots of room and beautiful views. The beds were so comfortable. Generous size bathrooms. The property itself is very nice. You literally come out of the condo, get on elevators and walk out and it is just a short walk and you are by the ocean.

This place is amazing. The only trouble we had were with the TVs working, we are older and my elderly mother was with us and you had 3 remotes for each tv. We finally got the living room one to work but went and bought Roku for the other 3. We have already booked this same unit for next year (maybe they can have roku on each tv). The premises were clean and everyone was very nice.

Beautiful Condo and Location

This condo was very impressive. The location is amazing. You can’t get better parking for a condo in Florida. Your vehicle will be right next to the doors to elevator and steps from the beach. You won’t need to take all your beach gear up to your condo unless you choose to. The condo has perfect views all around to the beach and surrounding properties. The condo itself was perfectly clean and well stocked. When families travel there are many must haves and this condo exceeds them all. Nice bedrooms, nice kitchen, nice wrap around deck, and plenty of room. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking at this condo. You will be very happy with your choice. Don’t wait.

Great location and condo. The place was very well kept. The only suggestion that I would make would be to put a door in the master bathroom where the toilet and shower are. That would help a little with privacy.

We loved this place. If you’re looking for a great view, easy parking, slow pace kind of place, this is it. The place is nice. 3 pools, a little bar/restaurant. The condo was clean, no long wait at the elevator, just enough room for everyone.

I have no complaints, it’s a beautiful condo. There is a reserved spot for this condo which is great, but every time we left and came back maintenance would have there gulf cart or housekeeping cart would be parked in the spot. That is no fault of the condo owners…

Beautiful condominium with spectacular views

The condominium was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf and the beach. Sunsets were superb. Ease of access was important to us as one member of our party is in a wheelchair. The parking spot for the unit is right next to the elevators which was very convenient. We had a couple of small issues and management was very responsive.

Always the best condo

This was our third time to stay in this condo. A tad pricey for me alone but since it does have 3 bedrooms we split the price with other family members making it affordable for us. We love this condo. Each time we have stayed a different couple has stayed with us and each time they have been WoW’ed by the views and condo. The view is spectacular. Nothing but windows and ocean views soon as you walk in the door. Plenty of space for different couples as the master bedroom and other 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo making it very private once you retire to bed. Each time we have visited we come on Thanksgiving but this year the price was so high on Thanksgiving and the day after we came on Saturday when it lowered. I emailed and asked could we have a price break for those two days since it would be adding 2 more days but no... so we stayed down the road for those first 2 days. Some differences I noticed since last stay. The sheets are pressed with no wrinkles and each beds sheets had a card stuck to it from a laundry service. They looked very crisp and clean! The toe stumper bench in front of the bed was gone. Great! Fancy new fridge. New patio doors, opened so smoothly! Each time we have visited in November we rarely see any other guest. Makes it great for covid. Parking spot is the best on the place. Five feet from the door! The Dunes of Panama also offers shuffle board, corn hole, tennis, paddle ball and a heated pool. We enjoy doing all that as well. Tv in each bedroom is great. After we had checked in 2 room inspectors came in to quickly inspect the room. That was nice to know they do that. They went thru kitchen drawers and looked at each individual plate and bowl. The balcony is to die for. Biggest I’ve seen in PCB. Master bedroom door balcony area has 2 sitting chairs, then in the primary balcony area has 2 lounge chairs, a large nice patio table with 3 chairs. Great area to sit, eat and watch the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities, as well as the bathrooms. Both were very clean. Bring binoculars to watch the dolphins! We love this place and plan to return. I’d recommend to anyone!

Beautiful view!! You won't be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay! Booking the room was a breeze to do, the room was absolutely stunning! Loved every minute of it... couldn't have asked for a better experience! The balcony of course was my "place to be".. I got lost memorizing the beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was exceptionally clean.. plenty of towels, soap, lots of kitchen items to use! Absolutely loved the parking accessibility. I will def keep this listing in mind for my future get away ! And the beds!!! The most comfortable sleep you can possibly have!! Even was able to see dolphins each morning... we have never been to FL, and this experience has def made me want to come back! Hated my trip had to end.. thank you for giving me and my family a trip made with wonderful memories!

Fall Break

The location and size of the condo were very nice. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The baseboards were very dusty and dirty. There were old socks and clothes under the bed from a previous guest. There was a broken chair on the patio. We found crumbs in the silverware drawer. The kitchen cabinets needed a good scrubbing. There were stains on one of the mattresses. Overall we had a great trip, but the condo definitely needed some extra cleaning that didn’t happen.
