The 3rd floor gave the best view and convenient if you did not want to take the elevator. Reserved parking on 3rd floor makes unpacking easy, walk from your car to your condo no elevator needed. Fitness center is also on the 3rd floor. We purchased 2 memory foam beds, 1 soft and 1 firm so you pick to get the best nights sleep. While it has 2 beds it is luxury for adults. If you have children it requires extra care. This has leather double electric full recline sofa, must check it out!
