Normal check-out time is by 10am unless agreed otherwise. Before leaving, Please leave beds unmade, do not strip beds Please, leave all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher for our cleaning team.
Place dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom Turn off all the TVs and Lights. Set all thermostats for the Air condition at 74.
Please make sure to lock all doors, including the side door leading to the outside near the laundry area. Dispose all the trash in the waste bin at the front of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
