Regency Towers charges a $40 resort registration fee upon arrival, which includes:

Additional parking passes may be available for $15 each (maximum of two vehicles per unit). During peak summer weekends, only one inside parking pass is guaranteed.
The parking area is just a short, level walk from the elevators, making unloading quick and convenient.
