The first floor features open and spacious living and dining areas complete with travertine floors, natural sisal rugs, high ceilings , and lots of natural light. Two large french doors lead to covered porch area perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Two slipcovered couches,one pulls out to become a queen size sleeper, and two zebra accent chairs complete comfortable living setup. The kitchen has counter seating with black granite counter tops, gas range with oven, 2 coffee makers of choice keurig and standard drip, microwave and fully equipped entertaining kitchen.
