Pelican Walk 305 - Stay Beach Front right on the BEACH! **Included is FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service on the beach!** Pelican Walk 305 is a 1650 sq. ft. FAMILY FRIENDLY 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1650 sq. ft. corner unit, on the third floor, with a wrap around balcony. The view is truly AMAZING!

Also, Pelican Walk 305 comes with a (highly coveted) COVERED PARKING spot, providing easy access to the elevator, protection from the elements, and the convenience of stress-free parking.

The condo has all NEW wood look luxury vinyl tile Flooring & NEW Paint throughout! The kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinets, countertops, & fixtures! There is a NEW sofa & love seat in the living area and NEW sleeper sofa in the den area!

Your family will enjoy two separate living areas with a twin trundle bed and the queen sleeper sofa, and two recliners in the den area! The dining & living areas walk out to the large wrap-around Gulf front balcony. This unit is a corner unit on the 3rd floor overlooking the east side pool. Easy access to the center steps to the pool & beach! There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.

Enjoy waking up to breathtaking beach views from the King bed in the Gulf front primary bedroom. The adjoining primary bath features a garden tub with shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and adjoining full bath, with a separate tub & shower area. In the den area is a NEW queen sleeper sofa and a twin bed with trundle. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests.

The BEST part of staying in UNIT 305 is the million dollar view of the Beach and Gulf! It is the perfect spot to look at the blue green water and watch the sunset over the Gulf! You can also enjoy watching the kids play in the pool from the balcony! The location of 305 is ideal providing easy access to the pools and beach!

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our week. It was also one of the few places we were able to find that was pet friendly and my girl loved sunbathing on the large balcony.
