Welcome to the Beach Fun Oasis Villa 2603 at Edgewater Beach Resort.

Our newly remodeled ground floor 2B/2B Villa comfortably sleeps 8 (Max) and is ideally located in the center of the resort next to the Tennis & Pickleball courts and the Villas are surrounded by a 9-hole par 3 Golf Course.

Just a short walk to the CONVENTION CENTER, and a short stroll to the pedestrian bridge and the Crystal-Clear Waters and White Sandy Beach.

Bedroom #1 offers a King Bed with direct access to a bathroom featuring a tub/shower. Bedroom #2 offers two Queen Beds with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

Relax in our spacious Living/Dining Room with comfy seating on a Queen size sofa bed and double Leather Recliner. Watch your favorite shows on our 65" Smart TV with DirecTV Stream included and all streaming channels that you can utilize with your credentials. High speed WIFI is also provided for your convenience. The Dining area has seating for 8, with a large bar area that looks into the kitchen.

The Kitchen has all full-sized appliances, blender, double Keurig coffee maker with coffee pot, toaster, and all the necessities for meals and snacks. A large Pantry is located above the full sized front loading washer and dryer.

The covered patio offers a place to relax with your morning coffee or afternoon drinks and a beautiful sunset. It also overlooks the large pristine green space where kids can stretch their legs. Enjoy a TRANQUIL view of one of the largest, heated POOLS in the Villas.

Our Villa offers a Beach Cart, Chairs, and Umbrella for guests to use. For the little Tikes there are Beach Toys to play with in the sand. The Beach is a short stroll away or get there on a Tram/Shuttle that operates in season

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (per Resort Rules). Must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two parking passes.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's only FULL-SERVICE resort. Just over the Resort's pedestrian bridge, you'll find "Oceans" Restaurant, Tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. The fitness center, tennis/pickleball and basketball/shuffleboard courts are now FREE to use by the guests.

Just outside the 24/7 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House. Also Walmart is just a mile away, east on Front Beach Road.

This condo offers its guests a water park and a fitness center. This condo also features a garden and laundry facilities.
