Gulf Highlands Beach Resort

- Beach Access - Exit the townhouse & turn left onto the sidewalk. The beach access is about a 5-minute walk.
- Parking Spaces - There are two marked spaces located directly in front of the townhouse.

Things to Note/Rules:
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- Home comes with 2 reserved parking spots. Parking passes must be displayed. Overflow parking passes are available at the front office for $10/parking spot.
- Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
- No golf carts, slingshots, RVs, boats, watercrafts, campers, trailers, recreational vehicles or commercial vehicles are allowed to park on the property.
*The golf cart, included with the home, is strictly for use inside the Resort.
- Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. Fitness Center (18+) hours are 8am-9pm.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, events, parties and unauthorized guests.
- A $100 fine will be assessed for violating any rules of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort.
