📋 Rental Rules & Information
• Must be 21+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 6 guests
• No pets (resort rule)
• 1 assigned parking space (9th floor, near doors)
• Parking garage clearance is 6 ft 7 in. Oversized vehicles have to park in the overflow parking lot less than a 1/2 mile from the resort.
• Resort Fee: $75 + 8% tax per stay — includes 6 wristbands & 1 parking pass (fee set by HOA and subject to change)
• Exterior renovations are underway through August 2026.

🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ toiletries and personal care items
☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys

Some items may already be in the home from previous guests, but we recommend coming prepared or making your trip to the store AFTER checking in so you can check out what you really need.

This condo offers its guests a water park, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. A fitness center, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at this condo.

This Panama City Beach condo is smoke free.
