This condo is in desperate need of cleaning inside and out. Moldy shower curtain, dust all over the ceiling fan and chains. Bird excrement on the outside cushions and Cigeratte holes also. The door jams leading outside are black with dirt. The outside GFI plug is burnt and unusable. 4 days in we found the bedroom remote on the refrigerator. The curtain in the living room was off a few hooks and had quite a bit of dirt buildup on it. The sheets for the pullout didn’t include a comforter, just the thin bed sheets. The loveseat has a leg broken. The chair beside the TV stand has two broken front legs. One elevator wasn’t working at check in on Saturday so we had to carry out things up the stairwell. The line waiting for the useable one was lined up to the walkway. They said this was a HOA issue not associated with the condo. We did call them and send pics, they did respond and offered a dinner for our troubles, we declined. These issues were beyond noticeable and fixable well before we arrived. We did not want someone in the room working on things that are very obvious as they did offer. The issues weren’t deal killers just quite a bit of money spent for a lot of issues that are plainly obvious as soon as you enter the condo.

This was our first trip to Panama City. We have used VRBO several times and have never been disappointed. When we decided to take this trip we knew where to start. Finding the “Splash Resort “was very exciting and 206E was a perfect fit for us. I absolutely loved entire reservation process with The Real Joy Reality. It was fast and very direct but super informative at the same time. The updates that we received up until the day we left were very helpful. Plus they would text us to see if we needed anything while we were there. Thank you Real Joy !!! We had an amazing trip to Panama City and we’ll be back !! The

Upon arrival the a/c was not working. The first night it was 81 degrees. The sent someone at but it wasn’t fixed. The brought portable a/c units. It lowered the temp a little but did nothing for the humidity and also made the balcony inaccessible for the rest of the stay. Also was asked to keep the blinds shut to help keep the room cooler. So definitely not worth the money we spent. I ask about a partial refund but haven’t heard anything yet.

Great condo with beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay with fun for the whole family. The location is great and right on the beach. With the condo on the third floor (first floor is the lobby) taking the stairs was a great option when we didn’t want to wait for the elevator. The only inconvenience we dealt with was the washer/dryer. When we washed our clothes they left a mildew smell and we had to rewash our clothes when we got home. Other than this inconvenience, the rest of the condo was clean and the staff was very friendly and inviting.

Great Condo

The condo was nice and clean upon arrival. Super easy access to the beach and the included chair service was a great amenity. Also the kids loved playing down in the waterpark on the ground level. We would definitely stay here again.

Overpriced

Splash Resort is great for families and we have stayed there before. The thing is we had a much nicer condo for less money. The main living areas were small. The second bedroom did not have use of the closet because it was being used as the owners closet. The cookware was in terrible shape and the main pieces were still dirty and had to be washed. I wouldn't have minded that so much had we had any kind of dishcloth or washcloth, but there were none at all. I did get a quick response after sending an email and washcloths and dishcloths were dropped off the next day. We also had to really clean the sliding glass doors in order to fully enjoy the view.
