Top of the Gulf Resort, 7th Floor Studio located directly on the beach!  The condo sleeps 4 guests and does not offer private balcony.  During the months of March through October your stay includes a complimentary set of beach chairs with and umbrella.

Need additional space, we have an additional condo next door, please message for rental information and VRBO listing.

Best Condo Unit in PCB

This Condo Unit far exceeds everywhere I have stayed at in PCB for the past 14 years! Owner: Amazing and Checks in with you via text to ensure everything is going smoothly! Amazing Host! Cleanliness: Amazingly Clean! Everything in unit is wiped down, including floors! No sand in unit at all on the floors! Everything looks brand new for furnishings and upgraded decor, backsplash, paint, kitchen & bathroom fixtures. Bed: Super Comfortable! Sheets are top notch! Mattress is not firm but not soft-just right! I normally sleep on a sleep number bed at my home due to back and knee pain. This bed actually allowed me to sleep without tossing and turning—unlike other beds I have slept on in other condos at PCB! Slept like a King! Wife slept like a rock as well and concurs with all I’m saying! Shower: Great Pressure for being on 7th floor. My wife always complains about shower pressure when we stay in high rise condo units. This unit was perfect with pressure and hot water! TV: Roku TV. Has all the channels you need including apps on tv that you can input your info into (Netflix, Prime, ESPN, etc.). We watched a basketball NBA game on ESPN. Entered in my info/code from my Dish network and the game was on for us. Just make sure you exit out your info so no one uses your stuff when you’re gone. Other: loved the multiple charging ports for phones and electronics. No need to bring charging blocks. Was able to plug everything I had to charge while there.

Nothing Salty about “The Salty Turtle”!! This place is AMAZING!!

The room is perfectly quaint for two, and up to date in style! My wife and I stayed here for NYE and it was absolutely magical! Like having a private beach with a great view of the fireworks from Pier Park!

We had an enjoyable stay. Super easy access to the beach! The included umbrella and beach chairs were a huge added value. The room was clean and exactly what we were expecting. This is not a luxury suite but it is ideal for a quick getaway for two on a budget! We had a small issue with the dishwasher during the stay but the owner was super quick in responding and had our issue fixed within an hour!

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

Had an amazing time here with my kids. Easy access to the beach with out being over crowded specially for a holiday weekend. Chairs and umbrella were included which was nice to not have to bring our own. Overall great experience cant wait to come again.

The condo was beautiful and I really enjoyed the free beach chairs. The walk to the beach was short and easily accessible. Everything was great! However, the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. It was so thin you could feel the springs! That was the only concern. The owner was very nice and responsive!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was amazing and the room was very nice.. I loved the decor! The beds were very comfortable and the space was perfect for the 4 of us (we have 2 children). The facilities are also great.. we LOVED the game room. We had an issue with our parking pass due to Thanksgiving, but the owner is amazing and took care of everything for us! My children were very sad the day we checked out and wanted us to book another stay in the room. I highly recommend this rental! We will be staying here again..
