Unit 230 is located on the 2nd floor of the highly desired Shore of Panama condo tower in Panama City Beach. This condo is one of the rare units directly overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Wake up or go to bed with the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. This unit has great views from the private balcony to watch dolphins, enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach sunset, or just people-watching on the beach. The unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, steps away from the beach & and the best pool in Panama City Beach.

No need to wait 15-30+ minutes for elevators like you need to do on the higher floors or at other properties in Shores of Panama or Panama City Beach. Go down one flight of stairs to go down to the beach or pool area instead of wasting time waiting on an elevator (check the feedback in our reviews). There is even reserved parking on the 2nd floor of the covered garage so you can skip the elevator on the way to and from your car.

The Wave House is a condo within Shores of Panama that offers stunning direct beachfront views from the entire kitchen and living area. The condo is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring throughout, and updated decor. The master bedroom offers an on-suite king bed & bathroom, twin bed bunk area with on-suite bathroom, & a pull-out couch with queen-sized bed. The condo also has a washer & dryer.

A short walk to the gulf front resort-like pool and spa and beach. Very clean and well-maintained. Free Wifi & Direct TV/cable. The kitchen has all new appliances with a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.

The Shores of Panama is the premier beachfront luxury resort in Panama City Beach and is loaded with amenities. The Shores has everything that you would want in a beach resort including a 13,965 square foot gulf front pool with fountains, water features, and a winding lazy river thru palm trees and covered walkways, an outdoor hot tub, 2 Tiki bars serving food and drink, indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and coffee shop.

Balcony view which was great for the sunsets. Pool and beaches were very crowded. Due to the crowds, we didn’t use the elevator. Luckily we were just on the second floor. You must wear your Shores of Panama bracelets to get in and out of the resort. This made the property more secure. Conveniently located right next to Pineapple Willy’s! Would definitely stay here again, maybe just in an off-season.

View and location was great. Everything was communicated great also.Ceiling fan in master bedroom hasnt been clean in awhile. Plus the front door looked like it was kicked in at one time, didnt shut great. Plus had bug exterminators come in unannounced to spray while we were there.

Super nice condo. Very clean and a short walk to the resort pools and hot tub. Comfortable bed. Owners are very nice. Bonus that you get a reserved parking spot in the shaded garage. We also got to use their nice beach chairs. We will certainly consider staying here again. Thanks for a great week in PCB.

Bad timing

Condo was perfectly beautiful, clean, easily accessible, well stocked, and the owners are awesome to work with. Unfortunately Panama City Beach Police has lost control of the beach behind the condo and Pineapple Willys. Shots were fired one night during our stay and there were several nights of blue lights flashing through the door before they closed the beach down at night (which I felt sorry for families just trying to enjoy their vacation).

Wonderful vacation!

This was our first time booking with VRBO and had a great experience! This condo was wonderful! It was clean when we arrived and was a nice size for our party of 6. 2 adults and kids ages 15,14,11,9. There’s 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and a bunk nook. Plus a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full kitchen. The in unit laundry was perfect. The condo also had pretty much everything we needed as far as laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. We were also thrilled to find beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards also supplied. The location couldn’t have been better. 2nd floor with 2nd floor parking spot just a short walk around the building to the parking garage. So nice not having to wait on the elevators. The parking garage is a tight fit, but we didn’t have too much trouble getting in or out. Keep in mind if you bring 2 cars like we did, the overflow parking is about 1/2 a mile away and an additional 12/day. This unit is also located right by the steps to go down to the pool and beach access. Pineapple Willys is right next door just a short walk in the sand. We went twice! So fun! The pool here is beachfront and incredible, with live entertainment and food/drink options right on site. My teens had a blast ordering Shirley temples and the pizza was really good. The balcony was lovely for enjoying the sunrise and listening to the waves in the evening. 10/10 would stay here again.

Host and property were great, enjoyed the stay overall. Most of staff were not friendly or outright rude. Thankfully we did not have to interact with them or avoided interaction if possible. Pool was great and ease of access from the condo was perfect. All in all a good stay.

This condo is extremely convenient to the parking spot, pool and beach! We had a great time staying here. The condo had everything we needed from beach toys, to chairs and umbrella. Right across from Walmart and easy access to restaurants and mini golf. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. I was told there was 2 bedrooms and there was only 1 plus the bunkbeds, that threw us off a little. Overall the balcony view and the access to pool was very convenient. I was also impressed with the quietness of the condo even when there was a large crowd on the beach and pool areas.

It's the best one so far!

Looking through the comments before booking, I wondered if that is true, and yes, it is. The place is clean and has everything that you need. The location is more than five stars, close to the pool and the beach. Cassandra and Antonio are so friendly; they recommended a restaurant and places to visit before the day we came, which is so lovely. Also, the explanation of the rules was obvious and perfectly lined up for us to understand. The mattresses were not too hard, just right for sleeping. The bathrooms had enough towels and soap. I recommend them if you want a nice vacation with your family on the beach with a cozy balcony.

Front row seat to Paradise

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s, but this one is by far one of the best! The view of the beach from the private balcony is amazing. We didn’t realize it was going to be Spring Break when we booked a week to celebrate our anniversary, but that made it all the better since we love watching people. We had a front row seat to the beach, the waves, the people and the beautiful sunsets. The beach is very clean and the white sand is so nice for long walks.The unit is clean, updated, comfortable and has all the amenities of home. It’s conveniently located right next to Pineapple Willy’s restaurant/pier and within walking distance to multiple stores and other restaurants. The elevator serves 23 floors, so it was great being able to quickly get on and off by only traveling one floor.I would definitely recommend this unit for your next vacation. Everything from the initial booking to the final check-out was flawless. The owners do an amazing job to ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth transition so you can take the time to enjoy your vacation without any stress or problems. This place is 5-stars without any question!
