Beautiful Hot Tub 1 Level Home Right on the Beach, right by Pier Park! Sleeps 12

Everything within walking distance!! This beautifully decorated beach front home sleeps 12 and is ideal for large groups, multiple families, a girls getaway or couples retreat. This home provides a split floor plan and has been professionally decorated with a contemporary coastal design. This home has 4 bedrooms that sleep 10 PLUS a queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 for a total of 12. A 7-person hot tub provides amazing unobstructed views of the gulf and the starry sky at night.

When you walk in the front door, you're greeted with a wall of windows all along the back of the house offering unobstructed views of our beautiful Gulf of Mexico. As you walk in the front door, the dining area is to your right along with the well-stocked kitchen. There's a large wide-open living room with a big, comfortable sectional sofa as well as an additional couch (sleeper sofa) and sitting area just beyond that. A Foosball table is in this area too - perfect for those rainy days or when you just need a break from the beach!

In the big, wide-open living area, take in a movie on the 60" Smart HDTV, high speed internet and cable TV with HBO. The home has games and books to enjoy during time at home. The sun room overlooks the Gulf and is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the pier. The pier is just east of the house and is a popular spot for surfers.

As you walk in the door, on the right side of home, one KING MASTER Bedroom boasts a luxuriously comfortable king-size bed, nicely decorated with new linens and pillows. After a day out, come back to your gulf view room to kick back and watch your 50" Smart TV and DVD player or fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the gulf. This bedroom includes a private bathroom. Awake to the picture perfect view of the gulf just beyond the hot tub.

On the left(east) side of the home, the 2nd Guest Bedroom has gulf views, a King Bed and is beautifully decorated with new linens and pillows that make sleeping and relaxing extremely comfy! It also has a 50" Smart TV. This room shares a bathroom with the 3rd guest room.

The 3rd Guest Room is the Bunk Room. This bedroom is perfect for the children or teens in your group. Four twin bunk beds provide ample space for the young ones. Children's toys, games and books may be found in the living room. A high chair and baby gate is available in the laundry room. This bedroom shares a semi-private bathroom with room 2.

The 4th Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a 50" TV, sound spa alarm clock and luxurious new bedding and pillows. This bedroom has their own private bathroom. Access to a secondary private entry/exit from the home is also located near this bedroom which is perfect for those who might like to stay out later than other guests.

After a long day on the beach, rinse off in the warm outside shower and continue your enjoyment on the deck where you can soothe your muscles in the hot tub, relax on one of the comfortable loungers, grill up the day's catch, dine beach-side and watch the sun set! A charcoal and gas grill are both on the back deck for your use.

Other amenities include a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer and a laundry sink. Additionally, there is parking for up to 6 vehicles with space for a boat trailer or RV.
