If you are looking for a beautiful beach home along 30a, FL for your next vacation - look no further! The Seacrest Sandcastle is the perfect choice for families looking for some R&R in one of Florida's most sought after beach towns! Comfortably sleeping 12 (kids will love the newly added bunk room!), there is plenty of space for the whole family to unwind at this cozy home. With a fully stocked kitchen, serene backyard and gorgeous decor, this home provides the ideal setting for your beach vacation! We pride ourselves in going the extra miles for our guests, which includes providing beach chairs, beach towels and four complimentary bikes (separate waiver required) for use during your stay! In addition to all this, you will have access to the neighborhood pool during your stay, which is one of the largest pools in the state of Florida, and ability to ride the neighborhood tram to the deeded beach access!!

This home sleeps 12 people.
There is one bedroom (king) downstairs that opens up to the balcony at the front of the home, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom (king) with connecting master bathroom. There is a third bedroom (queen) and fourth 'bunk' bedroom upstairs as well as an additional bathroom. The bunk room hosts twin over twin bunks as well as queen over queen bunks and comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite upstairs also has a balcony that overlooks a beautiful nature trail.

For your convenience, we provide beach towels and starter amenities for your stay. Included with your rental are:

The home has space for two vehicles and there is additional parking in front of homes that is available on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a welcome packet, which provides helpful information about the home and area. Your personalized door code will be sent to you the day prior to your arrival.

This home is located in Seacrest, right off highway 30a. It is a short distance to Rosemary Beach. There are several restaurants within walking or biking distance of the home. You will love the proximity to restaurants and shops as well as the overall peaceful setting of the neighborhood!
