Nice property

Our stay was good at this property. Owner was very responsive when contacted about various things. Just some small random things were “issues”: we did end up having a problem with the shower in the master that did not impact our ability to take one and really couldn’t be rectified until our departure, but someone at least came by to check on it; there appeared to be pieces of fiberglass insulation stuck in the vents that irritated some allergies at first but nothing major; pool wasn’t open the first three days of our stay but outside of owner’s control. I did see what someone else that reviewed was saying about the floor being uneven in some spots but not a dealbreaker at all. A couple more TVs in the property would be good, only one in the main living area. Overall a nice, clean and well-kept property. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms were supplied and even some additional beach gear. Glad we could use washer/dryer to wash our baseball uniforms and towels. Location is relatively convenient. A pleasant stay in PCB

The property we stayed at served it’s purpose we were in a nice area that was convenient and close to a lot of stores and restaurants… but the flooring was bad at the house… I alerted the manager, and he responded to me and even sent out a maintenance guy to look at the flooring, but nothing could be done about at the time… but other than the flooring, I would probably stay there again

PCB Perfect Paradise

Wonderful amenities, very nice, clean a comfortable home! Owner has a nice touch of class, with everything inside, right down to the silverware! Just a perfect stay for 3 months, and perfect location! Highly recommend this place! I will be back for sure !

Perfect for families!

I brought my 4 teenage boys for a long weekend, and we loved it! It was extremely spacious, the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking necessities, and it was SO CLEAN! The location is amazing, and close to Pier Park and public beaches. Check-in was easy, communication with the property manager was prompt, and the gated neighborhood was safe and quiet. We definitely would recommend this rental, and would stay again.
