Relax at Emerald Isle Resort in our 6th floor gulf front two bedroom, two bath condominium. Enjoy beautiful ocean views and fabulous sunsets from the oversized balcony. The large 270 square foot balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphin play in the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom overlooks the gulf and features a king size bed, dresser, tv, and private bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, dresser, and tv. A second full sized bathroom is accessible from the entry hall as well as the second bedroom.

The living area has gulf views and offers an entertainment center with tv, sleeper sofa, and two recliners. The dining table seats 6, plus there are 2 additional chairs at the kitchen bar.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all small and large appliances, dinnerware and cooking utensils, granite countertops, and tile floors. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.

Free wireless internet and cable television are provided. Other amenities/extras include keyless entry, fire protection sprinkler system and smoke detectors, convenient trash chute, and 24 hour security. An exercise room overlooking the gulf is located on the 4th floor.

The west end location is near the popular beaches of South Walton and the trendy shops and restaurants located along 30a. In addition, Emerald Isle is less than 20 minutes from the Panama City Beach airport.
