Enjoy a romantic getaway in this adorable studio, where that special someone will know just how important they are to you.

Freedom at the Beach Carriage house features a queen bed, full sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas and is a unique 2-story Carriage House with a full shower and a soaking tub.

When you are ready to really relax, step into the courtyard with your glass of wine and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. From here, you can also soak in the warm Florida sun and lush, green foliage that will surround you.

Freedom at the Beach house is located at 18 St. Georges's Lane, Rosemary Beach, FL, 32413, on the South side of HWY 30A (Gulf side), so no highway to cross. This ideal location is where you can be on the beach after a short stroll (takes about 1 minute, 150 yds) down Round Rd, just steps from the Coquina Pool (60 yds), and across from the playground (35 yds) for a variety of outdoor activities. Being on the eastern side of Rosemary offers a less crowded area with ease of access to the amazing amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer. Walk or ride a bike to the Town square to enjoy the great selection of local restaurants or visit the local merchants for a little shopping. Just walk north on the boardwalk about 250 yds and you are at the tennis courts, indoor sky pool (heated in off season), and fitness center.

With this house's location, you can access beach walkover A which is handicap accessible from Round Rd. RB has 8 walkovers. Walkover A is advantageous if you have a small child as you can stroll them right to the beach without carrying them up and down the stairs.

We’ve stayed in Seacrest right next door to Rosemary Beach for years. This was our first time in the neighborhood. It was incredible. The place is fantastic and exactly as described. Rosemary Beach Vacay

Perfect location. walkable to everything, plus bikes provided to ride around the beautiful scenery. Only critiques would be the tight parking in the garage and the bathroom door would not close / latch. But not big deals for us. Five star vacation.

This was the second time my daughter and I stayed at the Freedom Carriage House. It's immaculate and had everything we needed for the perfect week at the beach. I timed the walk from the house gate to the ocean access gate - it was 2 min, 8 seconds. The beach, the turquoise water, the quaint little town were perfection.Highly recommend

Marathon getaway

I was down in FL to run the PCB marathon and we stayed at this wonderful carriage house. It was in a beautiful location and very nice. It had all the comforts of home plus more. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I had the best getaway in this super cozy carriage house. Very short and easy walk to the beach and was able to walk and bike ride to the town for dinner:) Didn’t know we’d be sharing a courtyard with the neighboring house but it didn’t bother us! Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay! We had access to Rosemary beach, which was what we wanted, and only had to walk a short distance to the beach. We loved that we had access to a garage and that the place came with two bikes. Everything was great and just what me and my two friends needed. We would stay again!

Absolutely Perfect!

The property, the location and the town of Rosemary Beach completely exceeded our expections. This was an ideal location - a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach, Coquina Pool, and the quaint center of town. The lush plants and West Indies inspired architecture made it feel almost island-like. There were beach chairs in the garage, and beach cruiser bikes provided. I can't think of anything else we could have wanted. It was a perfect vacation!

Beautiful Carriage House! Property was just as described. Perfect get away for vacation. Everything we could need was in the rental and it was beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed having beach chairs and umbrella. Property was very clean and enjoyed having the garage. Location was great for beach access and a quick walk to the town of Rosemary. We also appreciated the gift bag that was waiting on the table when we arrived. Hope to visit again.

Perfect for a Couple

We loved the Freedom Carriage House. It was about 4 min walk to beach and included an outdoor shower area which keeps sand out of the place. We used the patio every morning for coffee and in the evening for a glass of wine. Place was very clean and included beach towels and amenities like soaps, shampoo, lotion, paper towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas left from other guests. Would definitely rent again-some construction going on in the area but we were gone during the day so it wasn’t too bad.
