Great local to base for the family to meet for a long weekend. Easy walk to beach entrance 75. Not too crowded section considering it was Labor Day weekend. House was nice and two minor issues were handled extremely fast which was much appreciated.

The house was great! Very clean, with plenty of room for me, and 8 other friends (all in our 20s and 30s). The house was only a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Pier Park. Overall, we thought the house was super comfortable, and we were very pleased with the rate we were given. Would highly recommend!

Great place!

Wonderful House for a large group or family

We walked straight through the parking deck near the house and across the street to the beach. We had plenty of room for all 10 ladies to sleep comfortably and enjoy time with one another. We plan to make it an annual event! It was extremely clean unless you looked under beds where the cleaner had not picked up trash or dirty bed linens but that is not really the owners fault. We look forward to staying again!!!

Wonderful gem near white sandy beaches

Well built house which felt like a home. Wonderfully outfitted with items we needed for a family getaway to the beach. Fenced front yard with covered porch was added bonus for our four-legged friends while we spent time lounging undercover together. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Did not use back yard since front was nice.

Great Spot!

This property is a great little place with SO MUCH potential! The location is convenient and there's so much close by with easy access to the beach. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the house, which had NOTHING to do with the property owner or management. They were great to work with and handled it all right away. Patti was super helpful and kind and handled everything professionally.

I received a email about early checkin well we arrived like 2hours earlier I called answering service answered relayed message got a call back they said they were would call me back we waited around the area and got no call from the property manager 😡😡 we were tired from our long drive from LOUISIANA!!On Tuesday while getting ready for our outing the lawn care guys were there weedeating spraying poison cutting limbs in the back while we were on vacation and no respect for our vehicles😡😡

Overall the property is nice, sleeps many people, and worked for our large family. The home is mostly updated but the layout is a bit strange and there are still a few things that could be updated. The upstairs shower is akward but the downstairs shower is great. The only access to the laundry room is through the half bath or from outside. The home was clean except for the floors. We continuously had to wash our feet because floors were dirty and a bit slimy feeling, I assume that is from the cleaning product used on them. The location is ok, it is just a short walk to the beach, however it is located next to a parking garage which we had to walk through to get to the beach, and a tennis court which created a lot of noise.
