• $250 non-refundable pet fee + tax (this fee covers both dogs)
• Must be crate trained and crated when left unattended
• All pet waste must be picked up immediately
• Any pet damage is the guest’s responsibility

Great Spot!

This property is a great little place with SO MUCH potential! The location is convenient and there's so much close by with easy access to the beach. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the house, which had NOTHING to do with the property owner or management. They were great to work with and handled it all right away. Patti was super helpful and kind and handled everything professionally.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and clean. The beach was more like 2 blocks away because the house is on a dead end street so we had to walk to the end of the street, around the block, and across the street to get to the beach. There was no outside grill as indicated on description. We also never found the pool that was suppose to be available. I did call management about three times to ask about the grill and pool and was told by the person on the other end they didn't know but they would find out and call me back. I never received a call back, so we just did without those amenities. Luckily, there wasn't any major problems since management did not return inquires.

Time with our sailor in PCB

Great local to base for the family to meet for a long weekend. Easy walk to beach entrance 75. Not too crowded section considering it was Labor Day weekend. House was nice and two minor issues were handled extremely fast which was much appreciated.

Place was clean and scented nicely when we arrived, so we appreciated why checkin is limited to 4pm. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots. The rooms linens were white , fresh and plenty of extra pillows too! The place offers beach chairs and boogie boards too so that was a plus.The water pressure in yhr upstairs bathroom was low and didNot show here hot and cold is. You have to twist and play around with the knob to just turn off the water. Walking to the beach was not far at all, less than 10 minutes. Ovverall great place!

Great Value, Close to the Beach

The house was great! Very clean, with plenty of room for me, and 8 other friends (all in our 20s and 30s). The house was only a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Pier Park. Overall, we thought the house was super comfortable, and we were very pleased with the rate we were given. Would highly recommend!
