Apartamento demasiado antiguo. Tienen que invertir en renovar el inmueble. Muy caro por como es. El apartamento tenia olpr a cerrado cuando llegamos. Si saben que van a ocupar ese apartamento que menos que airearlo... Muy limpio, no obstante encontramos cucarachas. Hay que renovar los apartamentos. Pusimos una lavadora que tuvimos que pagar y no lavaron bien. Pusimos una secadora que no seco la ropa. Se puede mejorar bastante...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Blanca. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The grounds were clean. We really enjoyed our view of the beach as we were in one of the end rooms with our own balcony over the beach. It was perfect getaway for my hubby and me! We will be returning.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Beautiful views (not from the unit). Easy parking/ in & out. Now the bad. Saw two dead roaches in the unit. Though it appears claen upon entering, after walking in the unit for an hour or so in my white socks, they were filthy black on the bottom. Nothing supplied . No salt, no pepper, bare bones folks, come prepared. They also demanded another 300.00 deposit, which I was not told about. We'll see if they refund that as promised..?!
