Welcome to Casita by the Beach, your cozy coastal retreat just steps from the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach! This thoughtfully designed getaway combines modern comfort with a touch of Cuban charm, the perfect spot to relax, recharge, sip your morning authentic Cuban coffee, and play dominoes. Located in one of the most peaceful areas of Panama City Beach, you’ll be within walking distance of local restaurants, beach bars, cafés, and a short drive from St. Andrew State Park.
Guests have access to one designated parking space on the lot next to the property. If your group has more than one vehicle, you may park a second car directly behind the first one, as long as it belongs to your own party. There is additional public parking within walking distance during daytime hours, perfect for visitors. Please be respectful of neighboring spaces and avoid blocking driveways or other units.
Two bedrooms: one bedroom includes a queen bed, the second bedroom includes two twin bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed included in the common area of the property. (sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably).
One full bathroom stocked with complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, and aloe vera.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a homemade meal: pots, pans, blender, toaster, dinnerware, microwave, and refrigerator. A complimentary bottle of wine will be placed in the kitchen upon your arrival.
