The listing is NOT where the location of the “studio” room is located. It is located a couple miles down right behind bars. It is outdated and needs updating. The location was only found after three texts to the property manager who gave a nearby location that would lead to the complex. The bed is located right by a window at the walk way and located in between two other doorways.

Just like the photos, near the beach can walk through the Public Access 23 and 24. The air conditioner is quite noisy, the rest of everything is good at the price you pay.

Milton

Husband and I evacuated from Clearwater as Hurricane Milton made it's arrival. I work remotely for a hospital in Maryland, and could not risk losing power at home, as I process payroll for approximately 600 nurses and nursing staff. I booked this location and am very pleased. While the unit isn't very large, it's exactly as advertised and more than adequate for two adults for a four night getaway. Very clean unit with well-maintained grounds and neighbors who were very quiet. Fast and reliable internet, which was imperative for me. Walking distance to various restaurants and activities, and across the street from the beach. I had an issue when attempting to check in, and the Owner was incredibly nice, helpful, and fast to respond. If you're looking to get away for a few days, I highly recommend. Thank you for your generosity!
