Charming Carriage House, Prime Location- Walk to Rosemary and 30A

Newly remodeled, and beautifully appointed, 1 bedroom carriage house with kitchenette. Sleeps 4 people total with a queen bed and a queen fold-out sofa bed. Located just a block from the beautiful beaches of 30A, and easy walking or biking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest. Great for families or couples who want to be close to 30A and the beautiful emerald coast beaches.

*Please note: Our prime location does not have access to Rosemary Beach's community pools or amenities. There is beach access at the end of our street, which is a 7-minute walk from the house.
* The Main house sleeps an additional 10 people and is also available to rent separately. See VRBO listing 2684522. There may be another group renting the Main House during your stay. They do not share any of the same outdoor areas with our Carriage House guests. Carriage House guests do not have access to the Main House pool.

Great house

We had so much fun at this property! It was very clean and very close to the beach! We really enjoyed how close it was to town.
