Inside, you`ll find an open kitchen and dining area, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and other home comforts, including central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest`s stay. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.

No Smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All cigarette butts and smoking remnants must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Do not discard on the ground, in landscaping, or around the property.

Guests who violate smoking will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.

The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entirety of the reservation.
