Days here unfold gently. A bike ride to the beach, an afternoon paddle across the lake to a quiet stretch of sand, or a walk to The Hub for ice cream, music, and dinner under the lights.
Evenings bring everyone back together. Stories around the fire pit. Barefoot kids running through the yard. The soft sound of the water just beyond the dock.
Coastal Chateau was created to be that kind of place; a home where families and friends gather, slow down, and enjoy the simple rhythm of the coast.

THE SETTING
Tucked along a peaceful lake in Seacrest/Inlet Beach, Coastal Chateau offers the best of both worlds: the calm of lakefront living and easy access to the Gulf.
From the private dock, you can kayak, paddleboard, or pedal across the lake to a quiet beach access just a short paddle away. If you prefer to walk or bike, Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access is only about half a mile down the road.
It's a rare feature on 30A... the freedom to reach the beach by water or by land.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The backyard opens directly to the lake, with space to gather, play, and relax throughout the day.

THE HOME
Inside, Coastal Chateau is designed for comfort and connection.
The home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The living areas are open and welcoming, making it easy to gather after a day in the sun, share meals together, or simply relax.
Large windows and the balcony overlook the lake, letting the natural beauty of the water become part of the home.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing family meals, beach picnics, or a casual breakfast before heading out for the day.

Coastal Chateau: Upper floor of a two-level cottage, it can be rented alone or with Bella Vista. The dock is shared if rented separately.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and concierge services. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Panama City Beach cabin is smoke free.
