Fantastic Gulf View!! Pinnacle Port sits on a peninsula on the secluded far west end of Panama City Beach. This private gated resort on 22 acres borders Camp Helen State Park to the west, exclusive Carillon Beach to the east, 800 acre Lake Powell to the north and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the south. The gulf side has a quarter mile of private beautiful white sandy beaches with picturesque sunrises in the mornings and memorable sunsets in the evenings. The Lake Powell side has a fishing pier and boat dock with slips for your enjoyment. There is an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a café opened seasonally with movie night on the pool deck. Other amenities include a second outdoor pool located by four lighted tennis courts, sauna, exercise room, bocce ball, shuffle board, horse shoes, and kids’ playground. Our beautifully decorated unit with tile throughout is on the fourth floor of the B3 midrise building located on the beach and is a one bedroom, one bath flat. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have a spectacular direct view of the gulf from the balcony. There is a queen size sleeper sofa for comfort in the living room. The large bedroom has a Queen size bed and large windows with direct view of the gulf with the sounds of waves at night. Expanded Cable/DVR as well as free wi-fi. Five minutes to the west is scenic Hwy 30-a with Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolors, and Grayton Beach. Traveling 10 minutes to the east you will find the popular Pier Park mall and restaurant complex. And for the more enthusiastic shopper Sandestin and Silver Sands outlet mall in Destin is only 25 miles away. Come breathe in the fresh gulf air, look at the beautiful emerald waters, and take a walk on the beach feeling the sand between your toes. Enjoy life!

Fantastic location!!

We loved this unit that was right in the beach! Sitting on the deck was so lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Jeffrey was very responsive and helped handle our needs. He was so kind and friendly in his communication.

Very nice condo and owner could not have been more nice and accommodating, kept in close contact when air conditioning was off due to issue with plumbing with multitude condo units affected. We will definitely book again with this particular owner.

Great stay at Sunnyside

Had a great stay at this property. We usually travel to Pinnacle Port every year and stay a week. Unable to stay the whole week this year, I was happy to find a property that had shorter minimum night requirements. The condo was very clean and the location was very quiet compared to the A1 tower at Pinnacle Port. Overall we were very happy with our stay. We would rent here again.

Great location! Perhaps a quarterly maintenance inspection, to address small details, such as deep clean floor tile, and walls where disinfectant has been sprayed. And touchup interior, spots, scratches etc. But all in all great price, and comfortable accommodations.

SUPER PROPERTY OWNER!

Owner is SUPER GREAT with communications-- before, during and after our stay! Jeff was GREAT to work with. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and necessary items, the hall closet even contained a floatie so I didn't have to go purchase one to float around (SWEET!!!). Bed was very comfortable and the beach access is SUPER GREAT! I would definitely use Jeff's unit(s) again in the future!

Very dirty

Shower curtain covered in mold, empty bag of goldfish crackers behind the tv, jolly rancher wrappers just laying all over the floor. Definitely not been really cleaned in a long time and apparently not cleaned at all before our stay.

Could have been better

It needs some updating. The rugs looked dirty, The couch was dirty looking and when we would try to lock the door you have to pull on the door for it to lock. Also the toilet in the bathroom was lose so when you sat on it it would make a noise. Other then that we had a good time and the owner was really nice.
