From the moment you step through the front door you will notice not a detail was missed, from the Hickory hardwood floors to the 'State of the Art' chefs kitchen, featuring a Sub Zero refrigerator, and a Wolf 4 burner gas range with a center grill.

The downstairs queen suite has a beautiful bath and large TV. Upstairs the king master has its own separate walk out balcony with spacious master bath. The additional queen bedroom is also located on the second floor along with the bunk room.

The natural flow of the home draws you to the beautiful secluded outdoor courtyard. Should you choose to relax and read that favorite book or share an afternoon beverage with friends and family, this is the perfect outdoor venue.

We loved this beautiful home in the heart of Rosemary. Our family with teens enjoyed the open layout and comfy furniture and beds. Check in was a breeze and the kitchen was well-stocked with top-notch appliances. My kids used the included bicycles nonstop and we were close to the pool which they love. We would definitely come back and stay in this beautiful home away from home.

First time staying on 30A and we had a wonderful girls weekend celebrating family birthdays with cousins and aunts! 8 adults fit comfortably in the house and we had everything we needed for our stay!
