Escape to Completely Coastal & Sol Surfer, a beautifully appointed two-story beach home (with carriage house) nestled in the exclusive, gulf-front village of Carillon Beach. This charming retreat with carriage house offers 5 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests—perfect for families or a group of friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

Inside, you’ll enjoy an open-concept living and dining area, perfect for gathering and entertaining. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a built-in ice maker, and everything you need to make dining at home a delight. Upstairs, two private suites open onto a large second-floor balcony, where an oversized porch swing invites you to relax and enjoy the warm gulf breeze. In addition, there's a comfortable bunk bed with trundle to sleep any children or teenagers.

Centrally located in Carillon next to Walkover #3, Completely Coastal includes private community beach access just steps away. As a guest, you’ll also enjoy full access to Carillon Beach’s resort-style amenities, including three swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court. From March through October, your stay includes daily beach service with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella—ready and waiting for you on the sand.

Please Note:
There is a separate carriage house, Sol Surfer, located behind Completely Coastal. The main house can be rented without the carriage house; and, Sol Surfer is available for rent as a stand alone unit during the off-season. Please contact us for more information and a quote.

Walk-Over #3 is where you will find one set of complementary beach chairs (2 chairs) and with umbrella set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Beach towels are provided for our guests.

Completely Coastal is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 5-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles and 1 golf cart permitted. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.
