Important Information:

*The Condo Association requires a guest registration fee of up to $102, depending on the season. This fee covers the entire party and includes two parking passes. It is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before check-in.
*A registration link will be sent one week before check-in. All guest information must be submitted through this link.
*Wristbands will be provided at the condo for guests 12 years and older.
*To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, loud music, and smoking are not permitted in the unit, on the balcony, or in hallways after 10 PM.
*The top bunk has a weight limit of 100 pounds for safety reasons.
*Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or charges.

What do we love about the condo?
It's location is great with a Walmart in walking distance for any needs that may come up. There's plenty of good places to eat, including the world famous Pineapple Willy's that's right across the street. This is a great, family friendly restaurant and well known for their margaritas and, yes, they make these in to-go cups.

Aside from the nearby restaurants and shopping, there are also restaurants on the properly and the resort does a great job of having activities throughout the week.

We absolutely love staying at our Condo in Laketown Wharf to soak in the sun. Between the pools, hot tubs, beach, and nearby food, rarely have to leave unless we want to.

If you do want to venture out for a bit, checkout Shell Island or the renowned shopping epicenter, Pier Park.

This condo offers its guests an outdoor pool and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills and a garden.
