We have a beach cart, chairs, and cooler available for rent upon request.
At this time we do not allow pets at the property at anytime including any visitors.
This property is 100% smoke free. We do not allow any smoking in or on the premises and any indication of smoking in or on the premises will result in up to a $500 cleaning surcharge. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation & Bad Weather Policy. Any potential cancellations and/ or refunds will be carried out by the cancellation policy terms of the reservation in the booking process. If the booking platform you booked through offered a discount for a non refundable booking we advise you to purchase travel insurance, as we must follow the agreed upon cancellation policy to be fair and consistent to all of our guests. We are located in a subtropical climate;
