Thank you for considering our home for your stay. To ensure a seamless experience and maintain our property to the highest standard, please review the following guidelines.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
A rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest within 48 hours of booking (or immediately for instant bookings). The agreement outlines the terms of the stay and house rules. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until the agreement is completed.
You will be able to choose between:
A refundable security deposit, or
A non-refundable damage waiver
This process is required for compliance and protects both guests and property.
HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors.
NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
The primary booker must be at least 25 years old and must stay on-site during the reservation.
NO GLITTER OR TAPING DECOR TO WALLS
Glitter is extremely difficult to remove. Guests will be charged for additional cleaning.
QUIET HOURS
Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.
A noise monitor is installed to ensure neighborhood peace (monitors sound only, not conversations).
COMMERCIAL USE
Photography, filming, or commercial use requires prior written approval.
POOL USE
Follow posted pool safety rules. For your safety, do not tamper with pool equipment or breakers.
TRASH DAYS
Trash is collected Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please place bins at the curb the night before pickup.
AMENITIES AND SAFETY
SMART TVS
Available in all bedrooms and living areas. Please use your own streaming logins and log out before departure.
SECURITY FEATURES
For your safety, the property has a Ring Doorbell . No interior cameras.
CHILD SAFETY
The home is family-friendly but not fully childproof. Please supervise children around the pool, tubs, and household items.
PLUMBING CAUTION
Only toilet paper may be flushed. Guests will be responsible for damages caused by improper disposal.
