Room 202 was perfect for our group we had three people but could’ve easily accommodated four. Customer service was quick to respond as well. I’d definitely stay with this place again.

The room is listed as a king bed. It's not. It's only a full. It states it has an oven. It doesn't. My departure email from Southern asked me to load the dishwasher and start it before I left. I'm not sure why as there was no dishwasher. Another thing that wasn't listed under any 3rd party site is that there is no hair dryer. I didnt see this until after we arrived and I began searching the Southern website to see what they listed for property details. The room was reasonably clean, but did need dusting on areas like baseboards and the top of the refrigerator. There was no extra blankets for the sleeper sofa. While we received our room door code a couple of days before our stay, we were never sent the gate code for the pool or beach access. Luckily, another guest was in the pool when we went down and provided the code for us. When we checked into our room, there was no parking pass provided and we had to call the customer service for this. Positive, while the bed was smaller than expected, it was comfortable. The location was good, and we enjoyed the seating/ deck area to view the sunsets from. The sunsets were beautiful.

For one it was to be a King bed not a full bed that it was. Couldn't use the pool, was never given a code or a code for beach access. Didn't have Cable or anyway to watch tv unless you stream from your own accounts, but then the internet was a hit or miss. The room smelled and we had to get some room deodorant and clean the vents off the a/c. The tub was old and nasty with a mat that was mildewed and the water from the faucet was rusted when ran.
