Pool Hours
• South Pool (directly behind condo): Closes at sunset
• Other 3 pools & hot tub: Open until 11 PM

Resort Fees (Paid directly to the resort upon arrival)

Parking Pass: $25 per vehicle
Resort Wristbands: $20 per person (ages 6+)
Wristbands are required for access to all Horizon South amenities.
Children 5 and under do not require a wristband.
Guests must stop at the Horizon South office upon arrival to purchase these.


Important Rules:

• Maximum occupancy must be respected
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
• No loud music or parties

No Pets Allowed:
This is both a host rule and Horizon South HOA rule. If pets are brought onto the property, a minimum $300 fee will be charged and the reservation may be terminated.
